Conquest rewards shard question

I got the 25 CAT shards (which already was unlocked) so atleast that part was right.

Can you screen shot yout 50 shards?

I did purchase 20 throughout the event to bring me to 70.

I believe that crate 5 is 25 CAT shards, too. Also, the way CG visually designed your crate progress during conquest can be read incorrectly very easily.

In fact, Galactic Challenges shows your progress the same way. The one you’ve earned is on the left and the one you’re chasing is on the right. I could show a picture of mine, but it would show the max crate. Not helpful.

I achieved 545 keycards hitting crate 6. I had to do some major crystal refreshes the last 3 days to hit it. The red crate was showing on the right.

Thanks. Obviously things happen, but I'd like for it to be made right. Unfortunately there is no way to go back and check previous conquest progress (even a 24 hour viewing period would help solve these issues).
