Yes, I've a GL now, but the first two conquest I didn't and I got max crate

It's just strategy, plan how to play, get the right combo on cards, don't use low stamina characters, and more, if you can show us your swgoh.gg profile, we may can help you a bit

This is mine, and, like I mentioned earlier, I've managed to get all conquest the max tier rewards, on hard mode since it's been possible, and the first 3 without a GL

I haven't spent more than $30 bucks in the game btw, so, nope, not a "payer"

I only have two players with relics. Vader and Yoda. But I have a team full of Jedi with zetas and working on their relics. I don’t play in hard conquest, I’m in easy. It’s ridiculously hard for people who don’t have powerful squads and can’t get any good rewards.

But the way to get good rewards is to focus on a single team at a time to accomplish a goal (usually to target rewards that will help you develop). From your statement, I would guess you followed a targeted strategy on specific toons, and are lacking on good team comps with synergy to achieve goals or counters.

Any shards from this event have a cadence that will land them outside of Conquest after a period of time being in game, a player in your situation has other things to worry about than the new and shiny from Conquest. Just like anything else in this game you want, it will take time and focus.

I would suggest picking one or 2 things/areas you like and want to do better in and make a post asking how to develop with those goals in mind, that should also get you further in Conquest.
