Constant changing of zeta skills makes it impossible to plan

Let's not discuss the "R" word... It's a sensitive topic and against TOS. I want to have a dialog with you guys and not have thread deleted.

The sheer amount of time invested in a zeta, and not knowing what it will do tomorrow, I say, " save 'em". If the end responsibility is mine to not get burned, then that' s the only option.
