You'll never recruit people by spamming the boards. Might I make the suggestion of getting to know people first, then working your way up to asking them to join you? Recruiting is the toughest job in the game. There is no easy way to do it, and certainly no shortcuts. Think about how you would respond to your "advertisment". You would ask: "who the hell is this guy?" And you would move along.
