Cookie banner

The cookies banner continues to reappear and it covers the post button in the mobile version. I know you need to spy us and outline us, but it sometimes doesn't want to disappear and this makes posting impossible. Use the money you get by selling our data to fix it please.

    Please please please get this fixed. The reappearing cookie banner does my head in. No matter what I do in the preferences it reappears on every single page on android mobile until I dismiss it.
