It should be in Journey Guide if you don't have it unlocked. If it's really not showing up, I would try unstarting/restarting the journey, clearing cache, restarting the game, etc.
Maybe getting packs first affected it, who can say? I thought those 1249 packs weren't supposed to show up until after it was unlocked.
