Credit/Shard drop rate

Why isn’t credit heist drop rate based off performance? I reach out to EA support in regards to things like this, I always get screwed over and am given the bare minimum for all these events. At first...

EA support doesn't know anything about how the game works

If ea support doesn’t know anything about how things work, why are they saying anything about the game then. Don’t say because that’s their job either, because if it was, they would have to know about the game. I don’t know why you comment on things when you dont have any good intent to your commenting at all.

EA Support aren't there to fix gameplay bugs in games or know how the internals work. They are there to help with technical or account issues.

This is pretty obvious from the help topics on their support page. clicking on "See all help topics" further reinforces this so why on earth would anyone think its their job to know how the gameplay works?
