There's no point in having a "deep" fleet roster at the moment since there's no place to use them.
You currently need deep fleet roster for TW and now GAC will be using ships again.
Not really. With only 2 territories, each at half the number of players in the guild, you need 2 capable fleets. One for offense and one for defense. Almost everyone keeps their strongest for offense and sets the 2nd best on defense. Then everyone clears everyone else. Thrilling.
