BTL-B Y-wing shards

I am not getting any shards for this ship. Who do I complain to?I've been turning in tickets but i'm not getting no answer back. Trying to unlock Lord Vader, it's difficult when you don't get the shards that you need for the ship. The algorithm is off. And you should put the BTL-B Y-wing In a different location to collect the shards separately..
