Over Deployment in TB

Is there any way to see how much the over deployment is on a planet once it is 3 starred?

I'm in charge of TB in my guild, and this info would be very useful, both to point fingers, and more importantly, to help with planning for future TBs by accurately calculating our waste.

Without this info, it is impossible to do so unless you track it continuously through the day (and night!), which is quite annoying.

I don't think there is a way to see it, so my suggestion is to actually change so it shows contribution, rather then min(3starvalue, contribution).

For example, right now, my Dathomir shows 399,116,556/399,116,556, because it is 3 stars.

If would be much better if it said 404,731,241/399,116,556, or whatever it actually is. We would all intuitively understand exactly what that means, since there is no ambiguity.

I only know it's roughly 5M over, from talking to my guild mates, and testing their memory of their deployment, which isn't a great method.

As someone who runs RotE, I feel like seeing that data would just make me angry 🤣

I don’t know if you can check over deployment, but I would suggest making a deployment cut off 30m away from the 3rd star and have your officers finish off the planet.
Requesting that non-officers finish CMs and deployment before the last hour also helps

What happened this time was an op was finished in the last hour and pushed us over the limit, while I was sleeping, even though the orders stated for players to wait for the ops.

Most of the time, our guild manages just fine and we have fairly clear orders, but on occasion people make these mistakes. This suggestion is for those times. One could argue that my mistake is not having noted exactly the points on the planet before going to sleep and then counting from there, but this is a suggestion for QOL, so that I do not have to do that.

  • In the stats you can see pts by zone for each member, if you add them all up it should give you total (keeping in mind pts for finishing ops would not be included)

You can't see zones that are closed, and I don't think you can differentiate between TP from deployment, CMs and Ops. And, you are suggesting collecting a lot of data and compiling it, when the game could show it automatically, simply by not hiding the excess points.

  • Why do you need to know how much your players have exceeded the limit? After all, what is placed cannot be returned. Here, either you need to give up your duties as a TB officer and find a normal replacement, or learn to calculate the number of possible completed CM and remaining warehouse.

Obviously for planning purposes, for the next TB, to see if we are ready to change strategies based on previous performance. I _can_ live without this info, but it would be an improvement to have it, and it would cost almost nothing for the game to include it.

I don't see why you think it's ok to attack me or the way we run our TB., as a response to a QOL suggestion.

If you check this poster’s history it might help you understand.

  • You are doing something wrong. Set a target and block deployment when reached. Let officers fill the gap shortly before phase end. By doing so you prevent over deployment.

No, we are not doing anything wrong, and we perform very well in ROTE with quite specific and detailed orders, that I frequently update using data collected from previous performance. That doesn't mean mistakes won't happen sometimes, and over deployment is a thing. Maybe not in your guild, but definitely in some guilds, sometimes, and it does happen occasionally in ours. I'm sure some may share my desire to see by how much. Our goal is not to be a perfect guild, but one that affords human imperfection.

If you have a way for me to collect that data, post-phase, please share how.

If you support the change to stop hiding the data, please say so.

If you are against the change that would take minutes to implement, please explain why no one should want it.

If you have negative and irrelevant things to say about me, perhaps don't do that, but you do you.
