Crystal reparation missing

A guild mate of mine logged in twice today and got 2 times 2000 crystals. The game said it was reparation for an error. His ally code is 999-971-775.

Why did i not receive it? Is this a mistake? My ally code is 819-465-768. Why was did CG send out these crystals? He did not have any bugs except the dark yoda bug we all had in the beginning.
