From game files: +25% counter damage Fives has 85% Counter Chance and +75% Counter Damage.

To clarify: On AoE attacks from enemies, if four allies were damaged, Fives would gain 20% TM +5% extra for each ally who was a clone? Oh, and he'll most likely be whipping out some counter attacks on that AoE...
So RG TM gain on steroids. Holy moly... I might have to start working on Fives...
