Current definition of Expose

As in what expose actually does against the Rancor.

I thought it was 20% loss of hp plus damage done when the next attacker hits the defender with expose debuff.

It's definitely not that. They made the Rancor immune. But Expose still has extra damage to the Rancor, so how is that calculated? What additional damage does expose do to the Rancor?
