Current best estimates ... Normal should be half the HP it currently is, and we'd be fine. Having it be 4x Heroic is ridiculous. So CG, just halve the HP of the Normal raid bosses, please.

NORMAL (Tier 6):
Phase I - 33,000,000
Phase II - 76,500,000
Phase III - 52,000,000
Phase IV - ~48,000,000

Heroic (Tier 7):
Phase I - 4,300,00
Phase II - 16,500,000 (or 20M?)
Phase III - 12,000,000
Phase IV - 12,000,000
