About late joiners, why not limit "no rewards" to some duration of thr raid instad of no reward at all. Tank raid is out for how long, one week? We are finishing phase 1 today, so we can assume we wont be finished with the raid in less than 3 weeks altogether. We will definitely get some new ppl during that time, so why not give a reward to those who participated two weeks ago before the raid ends and are still in the same guild? I cant imagine a merc who will willingly wait for 2 weeks+ to get his reward...
