In game (and sometimes out of game) support still instructs people to contact CG_LucifersDaddy for bans. That user account doesn't even exist on the forums anymore and when it still did, it hadn't logged in for at least the last 5 years. Its absolutely ridiculous that support for a major company and their major game sends you to a single person at all, much less one that they haven't even bothered to confirm still works for them. I swear, it makes me wanna sue them but they'd probably direct me to serve the lawsuit documents on CG_LucifersDaddy and it'd be another dead end.
