Customer Support Atrocity

I’m going on 5 days of being robobanned for the Coliseum. I submitted 2 tickets (first one on day 1). I’ve reached out to EA support 3 times, the discord, the forums, and STILL no resolution on this BULLSH*T ban. CG auto-banned me for a legit run in Coliseum. If this hits 7 days, I plan on uninstalling this game for good and actually will boycott every EA game for the rest of my days now since I’ve put a good chunk of money into this game. The level on “not-giving-a-F” is amazing to me. I’ve witnessed many companies do the right thing in 24-48hr turnarounds when stuff like this happens but apparently this does not apply to these people. I have defended CGs questionable practices before but I guess this is my eye-opening moment to the truth of the haters. I completely understand now. Good job destroying what support you did have CG AND EA. Legitimately amazing how you’re managing to dig your own graves with what can be such simple fixes. And the kicker is that this isn’t an unknown. You KNOW you scr*wed the pooch on this. You SHOULD be on high alert during this time. But you’re just not. *claps*

    Well as I said, the problem has been going on a while and CG's communication is abysmal.  I'm sorry for you, but there's not much you can do.  You could add EA_Gunner​ to the thread.  Gunner seems to be doing their upmost best to keep this show on the road.  They may be able to push your case along.

    Thanks dude. But yeah, I submitted that appeal link form on day 1 (Tuesday), did a 2nd one Wed or Thurs JIC I screwed up the first one (I doubt I screwed up a “submit” button press) and it’s now Saturday. But I appreciate the effort. 

  • Yeah, it's really poor.  EA-CS is useless and CG's communication is next to nothing.  They continue to allow these coliseum bans without a proper examination......I really don't understand this company.  I just really don't.  I've been playing since the end of 2017, and if I get banned in coliseum for getting a higher score than I should; they have 48 hours re-open it or I'm gone for good.  That's how low my morale is with the current game situation.

    ANYWAY.... personal rant over, your best bet (and likely to get a positive resolution if you haven't cheated) is to use the 'forms'  that is found here:
