Customer Support is non-existant!

This is actually ridiculous, I've been trying to contact customer support for so long and so far I've only gotten one reply asking for an ally code and saying they'll "look into". I seriously wonder ...

Though it may seem that is a lack of support agents it is actually ea support and although the efficiency is poor they definitely have a massive staff, however they are support for hundreds of games, a little patience goes a long ways.

  It's a generic EA support, yes.

  Seems really hit and miss. I definitely found this to be 100% the case on one particular issue. I found on another issue they sorted it without any issues.
  I do dread having to go to them, I really do. Seeing all these cases of issues with purchases..............is crazy. How can this still be going on, it'll kill the game if they don't sort it soon.
