Customer Support is non-existant!

I've had to go through in game support maybe 8 times over the years. You will never convince me that I was communicating with an actual person. It definitely felt like a poor ai script that kept resetting and asking me to give them my ally code again and explain my problem again. It eventually would just close the ticket. Not once did anything ever get resolved and I just gave up and ate the loss, which believe is exactly their goal.
