Got more than enough shards to claim the omicron piece and beat the 15 Enemies with Clones, but still can’t claim the piece.
reached out to EA Help in game and they said it’s already been resolved. I showed them it’s still not resolved for me and they said post it here

Seems like some quests are counting Appo shards, not CX-2 ones.
I'm having the same issues and received the same response from EA support. Ally code 442-559-565.
Same issue, I can’t get rewards from 245, 295 and 325 shards missions. Mine cx-2 is already 7starred. My ally code is 121-228-578

Sounds like they really don’t care. They told me to lost on forums about issues with proof-nothing done. EA games don’t care except sucking $$ from players. Way this game has been going, I’ve been playing a whole lot less, cause of “bugs” issues among other issues. Spending a whole let less. I k ow other players have done the same thing. In fact, several of them are strictly FvP now. Must be others also-heard from someone that keeps up with the game and what I have searched-players dropping out and last several years their income is/was increasingly going down. Reason they play FvP, don’t want to waste $$.
Anyway, hate to hear that, you are not the only one with issues and have to listen to their BS excuses. Way the swgoh gods/EA want to do it.
