Daily quest - refuse to give rewards. Anyone else?

anybody else have an issue of the game refusing to let you claim your completed daily, preventing you getting the daily prize box?

was trying for a good 10mins before reset. And as you can see, took the screen shots almost a minute before, but the game just refused to let me have rewards.

its hard enough to get enough episode points to complete the reward track payout , without the game screwing you over even more.

needless to say, “help” are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard 🙄
