There ARE hard farms. Baze, Shoretrooper, Nihilus...
Those are achievements.
Other characters are hard to get, like Chirrut, Grievous, GK and Raid Han.

Who's going to look at their Ewok Scout or Clone Sergeant and think "Boi am I glad I farmed this amazingly powerful and important character that feels like a trophy!"
