Daily reminder that some characters have been hard-nodes-only since 2015

Do you see that these are similar prices and similar time frames?

Now consider Chirrut Imwe. I have been ~aggressively (?) farming him since April 19. Check the calendar ... yes, that was 12 weeks ago, and I'm at 80/100 shards. I expect he will be done inside two weeks. That's 14 weeks to get this character FOR FREE; of course, I had a ~20 shard head start from the original tournament that introduced him, so to compensate for that let's add two more weeks for a total farm time of ... 16 weeks!

I'm starting to see a pattern here. A 16 week pattern.

Now, FOTP is only available on two hard nodes, so that will take longer. And it should, since FOTP is a very good character, by himself better than Chirrut, DT, CS, or Ewok Scout in my opinion, and invaluable to a full FO squad.

And Veers ... have you tried a Veers lead with Imperial Troopers? Very impressive, I think leaving him on two hard nodes is fully justifiable.


I don't know why HR Soldier is only on one hard node. But I've only got 61 more shards left to worry about collecting. If you want one, I recommend you start collecting the shards.

FOTP isn't fit to tie Chirrut's laces.
