Since the shards are no longer available in conquest and currently unavailable altogether, could you please at least provide a data card for shards or an LSB because I am only 65 shards away from unlocking her as I’m sure many others are close too.
You'll be able to refresh Proving Grounds in just over 2 weeks. Unfortunately, you can only refresh it 2 times for a total of 60 crystals. So unless she appears in shipments, you'll have to spend 4400 crystals in just over 2 weeks time and in just over 6 weeks time.
Eventually she'll probably appear for those pink legend token things, but you'd have had her a long time by then.
You have 6 months to unlock each conquest unit. After it leaves the reward box, it may appear in shipments sometimes. The next guaranteed place it will appear is Proving Grounds, 1 year after its conquest season. For Dark Rey, that will be sometime around New Year's, I think.

Yeah, after some crafty maneuvering and hoarding crystals, I was finally able to unlock her. Probably the most frustrating unlock I’ve had so far lol
