Dark Trooper Moff Gideon shards not available?

I think shards are removed after a few conquests to introduce the newer characters. If I’m not mistaken your only way of getting the shards now, is through Proving grounds

DTMG is in Proving Grounds now, and I believe once a character is in there, their shards no longer pop up in Conquest Store. On the plus side, his PGs fight isn't very difficult.
