Anyone noticing if enemy characters are still using abilities after they had their cooldowns increased? I've been doing some arena battling and in GW and noticed it happening. The effected characters ...

not veryone uses 4x speed. i have yet to even try it. i like 1x speed just fine.

back on topic i find everything WAI as intended but i don't pay specific enough attention or care to notice to be honest.

Characters affected by Drain Force and using abilities as soon as it's their turn is not, WAI.
