Being the hardest character to farm, l find him too weak :'( As my favorite SW character, l have him at lv80, max gear, and 6*, with health mods. His bassic attack is extremely weak (2200-2500) being around 3300-3500 on a critical hit, his special, Culling Blade with 3-4 debuffs it does around 13000-15000 dmg, something that l find pretty weak, considering that is a combo that takes 2 turns (Force Crush+Culling Blade), OP characters like Rey or Geonosian Soldier, do that damage in 1 turn. DARTH VADER IS STAR WARS, he is the main character in the story, the chosen one, he is the main baddie (along with Palpatine) of episodes lll, IV, V and Vl, l believe that he deserves to be a lot stronger, being so bad ass. His bassic attack and Culling Blade, need to be stronger.Note: Yes l have Palpatine as a leader, but l still think, that Vader is weak, and should have a Buff

I have the hardest time with EP led Vader teams. Not sure why but he attacks Lando constantly blocking special and goes pretty quick...

Maybe you aren't using him right. With Palpatine lead, he does the 1-2 punch when you start with Force Crush, then you can choose Culling Blade or Terrifying Swing. Since those DoTs stick for 2 rounds, I often go with TS to apply ability block to Anakin/QGJ/whoever which is 80% proc rate with Omega. Then hit with Culling Blade the next time around; they might have even more debuffs like Shock stacked up by then, making it more effective. I've managed to stack two rounds of DoTs, Speed Down, Shock, Stun on the enemy RG and blew him away with 40k+ (never mind the match was all but over at that point).Anakin can't AOE if you've blocked him. QGJ can't dispel + buff if you've blocked him. Rey isn't a threat if you've debuffed her and hit with speed down.Seriously though, I find Vader's best use is just controlling the enemy's abilities. So I gave him Potency mods to help out with that.

I think Vader only needs a small buff to basic damage (like a 5% buff) since he is the Ultimate Jedi Slayer (tm). The rest of him is fine...he's a tanky attacker with great specials and synergy with EP (and oddly enough Tarkin...that offense down counts as a negative effect and applies nearly every time I use it, adds to his formidable Culling Blade).

Didn't catch that but even at base 40
Potency with an EP lead he's solid as heck, just not in a DPS burst role.

I don't use Vader (yet), but those are good tips. AI always uses culling blade right after Force Crush, but your suggestion makes more sense. I might need to test him out.
