His basic should do 100% more damage to rebels/Jedi and make ability block unable to be resisted or dodged if target is a Jedi/rebel

Not gonna lie @xReDeMpx that's a pretty good shout out. I mean EP had a passive which does more damage against rebels and Jedi so why doesn't Vader? I mean, he was responsible for the extermination of the Jedi order and he was the no 1 man/robot for hunting down rebel cells. Good point hopefully the developers take it into consideration
