If you introduce something to a game, and have to make changes to that thing to make it “tolerable”….it was a bad idea in the first place and should be scrapped. CG makes money when people are having fun….they seemed to have forgotten this.

Come on now… making changes to something doesn’t mean it should be scrapped.

They changed the Challenge Pit to make it tolerable.

They changed DSHothTB to make it tolerable.

With so many genuine reasons to hate on Datacrons, you don’t need to hitch your wagon to this bogus reason.

I don’t think it’s a bogus reason as to other here. The goal of a game is to have fun playing it. I don’t think there is a way to change datacrons to make them fun.
The changes you mentioned above made those modes fun, not tolerable. Original CPIT was stupid, now, it’s decent, not my fav, but I still have fun with it.
Only change that could make datacrons fun is to remove them entirely.
