Daylight saving time?

Question

So this is in the developer notes...This weekend marks the end of Daylight Savings Time for some regions. Please note that the game does not observe daylight savings time. Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes keeps a constant 24-hour day. This means if you change your time back by 1 hour, then it may feel like everything occurs 1 hour earlier. However, this is not the case, as the game clock has remained consistent for game balance reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! The paragraph appears to contradict itself....do the event times fall back an hour or not?

only your clock may change. If it does, all events will appear to occur one hour earlier but that's an illusion, as you will have added an hour to your day on Sunday. For example, if you're in a region that observes DST, then you will have a reset at 1:00 am Sunday and then again at midnight. Though that sounds like 23 hours later, it's actually 24.

that's good...I'd hate my arena payout to be moved an hour earlier as I'd still be at work lol

Example: i started at launch as EST or EDT idk. reset was 12am. after DST, reset was 1am. Now after DST, i assume it will be 12am again.

although i feel like i remember CG messing with clocks last time pushing them back and forth

If your payout currently is 7:00 pm, it will be 6:00 pm when DST ends. Other regular resets in the game will likewise occur at 1 hour earlier by your clock.
