Dear Devs - I believe i have the answer to arena shard collusion: Arena Shard Rotation!

Here's something to get people on board: you get a reward based according to the average rank at payout for the week. Say you averaged 1st the whole week, you'd get a fully crafted stun cuff or something of the sort. This could partially address the gear crunch
