Dear SWGOH

Many Good Players are leaving game saying that game takes lots of time.

Please,

Before it is too late. Make each and every battles simmable. No matter whether it is Raid or TB. Even in TW include an option to auto submit win-lose result once we match our squad vs opponent squad; it must be possible if SWGOH wants.

In Raid include an option to auto submit last Raid score. We will make further attempts if we want to increase our score with course of time.

TB combats must be simmable once we win the combat. CMs or SMs both.

Many events (like Defense of Dathomir) are not simmable yet. Please consider about that.

Hope you understand what I am trying to make understand.

Wish every recurrence of Mark events give few shards or blueprints for regular players ( asif you are devaluing them) every day until the event appears.

As always,

Regards...

(And thank you for blocking my first post saying I already posted max.)

  • Yup more simmable events would be nice to have. But, I can't help but think burnout is more of player problem. The issue stems from FMO. In reality, nothing happens to you or your game if you step away or miss an event. Players need to to do better in managing their lives to avoid burnout. If you are feeling burned out take a break. Personally, I have stepped back a few times in the years I have played this game and It has had zero impact on my position in the game, but has warded off any feelings of burnout. There is always someone better and someone worse.

One does not have to be the tip of the spear at all times, especially when it doesn't mean anything.

  • Most of the minor events should definitely be simmable at this point - Fleet Mastery, Dathomir (especially if it means avoiding another invincible enemy bug), SR II, Endor, etc. The only exception I can understand is if the tier/event requires the "featured" GL. Like right now, the tiers in the Endor and UJ events that require Leia. But everything else, even SR II (considering Jabba hasn't been the featured GL for well over a year now), that should have a sim option. Just look at the DoF event, it's still relatively new, and even when it was first released it came with a sim button.

The major events, that's where I don't completely agree as being simmable. TBs, Raids, TWs, etc., the goal is for us to work, especially as a guild, to actually earn rewards. Still, I agree that a lot of them can be frustrating at time because of massive RNG and/or burnout because of their running concurrently. Here, it's better if we get, though I unfortunately doubt we will anytime soon, a schedule rework. TBs are great, but, especially if you're at a point where you only focus on RotE, they eventually get stale. Conquest is as a whole a good event, it's just the feats that make it a grind, albeit to a lesser extent these last few seasons. The Naboo, or any for that matter, raid puts you against unique enemies with unique mechanics, but these latest raids are insanely filled with RNG that you have to do several attempts with just one team. Put them all together, you're heading quickly toward burnout. Make it so that TBs and TWs run for only a week each instead of two (with double rewards of course). Example, have the first week of the month be for TBs, the second and third for Conquest, and the final for TWs, or anything like that. GAC and Raids can stay unchanged. With a rework, the events will again have a bit more excitement in them instead of quickly becoming stale, the game will (likely) once again feel like a game instead of a chore, and there will be a lot less chance of burnout and/or quitting.

realistically, CG nor EA care at all about players leaving the game.  They expect it, even if the top whales are leaving because they already made a nice chunk of money off them.

That is even more true now with all the catch up options they're adding to the game now so they can get new players to build up faster.  It would be great to know what their actual priorities are, but they aren't allowed to communicate that kind of thing with us.  Only the bare minimum of information about the next upcoming event they want us to spend money, time, and resources on.

If the top 10% of spenders in this game all quit, they might tell whoever is in charge about that.  But the response will be, "really?  Hmm, I wonder what that's about.  Hey, if you're going to get coffee, can you get me one too?"

There actual priorities are to make money from the game for as long as possible. I don't think they need to communicate that.

Gosh, imagine a game taking up time to be played!

Years ago players complained there wasn't enough to do.

You don't have to play all the modes, you could just play the bit you enjoy, and there are plenty of casual guilds of decent size where players can pick up guild rewards and not fully participate.

Agree about simming a lot of the small events but simming actual game modes is utterly nonsensical as this is content that is part of the playing a game part, and also scoring in TB would be impossible if you could  finish a battle with one team and then sim it using another one or one with different mods to skew your score.

Not that the game takes that much time, Im an 11m player and it takes an 2 hours on my commute back and forth from work to do everything, and maybe some extra when having loo breaks to do conquest feats, and even then its so cheesable the 2nd week is just simming the cron nodes.

Players like you would be better off finding effective ways to save time rather than moan that you actually have stuff to play in a game.
