Delta Relics, 7 Better ways of Power scaling!
So many players on the forums have been providing their Input into why not do the 95% Reduction from a R4 o r R5 to an R9. Yes I agree there should be some stat differences, yet there are better ways...

How about just add 20 additional mastery to relic 9 toons. That would solve it all. Instead of going to 70, R9 gets 90 mastery.
