Teebo and QGJ are 60/40 speed potency
Dengar for crit chance and speed
Phasma got leftover health/crit mods with speed and potency.

Nice! Not bad using EE. Do you happen to have ES? I'm curious if he would have a similar impact or if EE is the key.
