Imo- I don’t want one op toon to keep coming out and claim arena king/queen. And he wants the Rock Paper Scissors element in arena and the counter to CLS is ns.
As for rey I think the first steps were to make BB8 viable in arena.
Rey Optimal Team = New Rey, Old Rey, BB8, R2, Poe. It's not like they made it hard to figure out. I don't know why all the cloak and dagger stuff about saying it.
