I do agree that TB definitely didn’t make the game any better. At least in my guild, nobody really enjoys TB. The combat missions are so very stale and there are so many of them and you have to do them every day. TB more like anything else in the game feels like a complete chore to me and most of my guildmates.
Maybe the GVG mode will bring some nice stuff to the game because the most enjoyable element to me is the arena and (despite it being the most random aspect in the game, which siginificantly reduces the fun imho) to an extent the ship arena.
And yes, we also experience major recruitment problems whenever someone leaves. We are at 80 million GP and are missing out on 33 stars because some of us actually have a life besides swgoh. No issues here but the big boys are also having troubles filling their ranks and that hits us mid tier guilds hard.
What I would really wish for is some casual mode, where nothing matters. Just fight different squads (could be a selection from your rank on different shards are something else) and try out combinations. And if you don’t, you won’t miss out on any rewards. It has been discussed here on the forums many times but it seems the devs are deaf (hehehe) on some ears.
