Our Guild - or alliance of guilds - is just about to undergo a restructure.
We're grouping similarly rostered and committed players. We've burnt too many officers and leads who have had to herd cats getting CM and deployments done. It is relatively flat structure currently but we're moving to a tiered model.
The rationale is that you'll settle at a level that is commensurate with that of you and your peers.
This should avoid a lot of disappointment in those you currently work with.
Unfortunately, TB is unlike Pit and HAAT where 2-3 can carry 50.
