They should have made TB a monthly event with every month a big reward. Like specific gear or specific shards. That would at least motivate people a little.

A game can not survive solely on player goodwill. We proceed from disappointment to disappointment to annoyance (ns, kylo unmasked, TB, 7* ships,...). We haven't had a pleasant surprise since forever. Every change since long has felt like we were cheated on. The only reason I'm still in this game, is because I do not want to leave the guild at this point. I think a lot of people are in my position. Just my 2cts, and I could be totally off.
+1 I think a once a month TB with increased rewards would be ideal. It just isn't that great of a game mode, looking forward to trying out Territory Wars though, hopefully that will have some variety!
I could go for this, but I would want to be able to select the gear pieces as a reward and not a random drop.
