Did the Mod Lock Bug Ever Get Fixed?

Seems to be the biggest "open secret" and a canidate for a pretty quick fix. I have to believe this with be fixed before Championships.

Maybe the "championship" as a way to catch all the cheaters?

Pretend there is some big championship reward then all they get is a ban stick.

If you leave an exploit go for so long. At some point, you can blame the cheaters abusing it.... the fault lies in cg

They stated when it would likely go out, as seen in the above link. Neither of those elements have rolled out, and we have not seen any posts about it.
