Ratio character shard drop ridiculously low for Bastila Shan and Jolee Bindo
In a draw of 144 energy it draws only 4 shards of Bastila and 6 for Jolee I think this is really a low ratio I hope you guys can fix this.

For Bastila, you got 9 attempts for 144 energy and hit twice, instead of three times per the 1/3 average drop rate. For Jolee, you hit three times in 9 attempts, so right on the 1/3 average. Considering these are only a handful of tries, they aren't out of the norm for drop rates.
I remember years ago it took forever to get Herra. Zero shards for days - literal days.
