When you set no defense, you are hurting your opponent in them trying to complete quests. It takes less than 5 minutes to set a defense. If you don’t want to attack: don’t.

And whomever had the higher GP at matchmaking wins... So someone still wins but you have no chance to actually use your teams, earn credits, complete quests.

This is what happens when you give out medals (prizes) to all participants in sports. People just show up for the guaranteed medal and forget the point is to win.

There needs to be more of a spread to the rewards and more tiers that put weight on what round you lost in.

Ranking (Round #1 - #2 - #3)
1 - W-W-W
2 - W-W-L
3/4 - W-L-W
5/6 - L-W-L
7 - L-L-W
8 - L-L-L

I forgot to set defense and so did my opponent. It shows that we both cleared each other's territories, but there was nothing to clear.
