Did Zader stop working for Heroic Rancor?
Our guild could turn out HR easy before the update, now we're struggling to get any TM reduction. Did something change??

Potency has nothing to do with it...zader gives a 50% chance for 25% tm reduction with NO RESIST. So that potency is just wasted mod space.
