Did Zader stop working for Heroic Rancor?

Our guild could turn out HR easy before the update, now we're struggling to get any TM reduction. Did something change??

This isn't from personal experience (yet), but it wouldn't be a waste to have high potency on Zader with his DOT from Force Crush. You can stack the crap out of them and they are permanent as long as Zader and the target(s) are alive.
