It is true, I don't know why you make that assertion if you don't run that team. Nihlus teams can also beat maul, it is not as if Rex is the only one that can. The issue is Rex, Rex will not be leaving the top end of arena anytime soon. I don't see an influx of first order teams arriving since those are easily beaten by the Rex teams.
I don't see anything to believe we will see a bunch of First Order or Resistance teams at the top because they couldn't make to the top before everyone figured out how overpowered Zaul was.
