Discarded Doctrine event not available?

Yes, it was the 15th. Next time remember you have to unlock Executor on the journey guide first. Then you'll see it on events.

I had it unlocked already before the date. And it didn't show up for me on the 15 th. I saw the count down for the days till event , then next day nothing.

Do you have ALL ships on 7 stars?

By unlocked they mean get the ship unlocked, not have the prerequisites done. You have to do the first tiers through the Journey Guide before it shows up in events.

You must first unlock Executor through the Journey Guide on the specific date, then go to the events page for the bonus tier.

Just don't bother upgrading it until you can go straight to 7*. 6* is a con, still can't beat 7* but can lose to 4* comfortably
