DN Annihilate in GW
There seem to be a glitch, each new node I use him on his Annihilate keeps restarting to 8 even though I am able to get it down to 2-6 turns left. Anyway this can be corrected for GW?

It's working as intended bro.
At the start of each encounter he has a 8 turn cooldown for it.
