Do certain LSB's come back?

I was unable to buy the all hans on deck and r2d2 lightspeed bundle last time they were in shop. Im wondering If I should keep waiting for them to come back or if that is pointless. Im in no rush to unlock the GLS but also don't want to wait the rest of my life.
