Do mods with speed primary stats actually drop?

Basically what you need. Then just throw magma and snowy at 5* (those are the easier farm) to complete tier3 (maybe not 3*, but complete)

They do drop, but since drops are random and we all are looking for the Arrow mods with the speed primary, the chances are obviously slim to get one.

Unfortunately, all my Cantina energy and refreshes have recently gone to Lando (7*'ed), RG (7*'ed), and now Wedge (4* right now).

So I haven't been able to do any mod farming for a while now. :(

I have 5 +30s. One purchased in shop, 4 farmed (about 460 mods total)

They are pretty rare.

I have 4 or 5 arrow mods with speed primaries and every single one came the first 2 days mods were released during that fiasco. Haven't seen one since... not even in the mod shop. Although I've only been looking it the shop for a couple of weeks now.
