Do, or do not, there is no try

Hello, i am Aivia. 
   I am writing this to the response to your completion of your failures. From the failed “skill system” in Gac, the denial of all the raids, to the lack of higher tiers in the TWars you have frustrated the community time and time again, but this update is absurd. 
   To put a glass ceiling on the ability to relic characters without paying is a critical setback to a key demographic of the community, the f2p players. The community is comprised of 5 demographics, the casual f2p, the competitive f2p, casual p2play, competitive p2w and whales. We, the community, know this and even appreciate the delicate balance. However, if you deny the casual f2p the ability to acquire certain characters or the competitive f2p players the ability the achieve a R10 status, then these players lose interest and inevitably quit, because whats the point. This will drastically shrink the community making the casual p2play members unable to ever have a good matchup, causing at least 30% of this group to quit. At which the community will be so small, the other 2 groups will begin to lose interest. 
   We have ignored you double standards of having Reva or the Librarian the ability to beat Darth Vader with ease, while telling us that we cant use our full rosters in the raids in order to give the raid a certain “authenticity”. You could easily have given us Snook or Darth Plagous, or even a fleet raid like the Death Star, but instead you gave us the Coliseum and a Spider Maul. Smh.
    I for one, on November 24th, am giving you a week to make Significant improvements (that includes the lag) or i will disassemble my guild and take my place with those who have already quit over this update. Now before people assume my deadline is impractical, it needs to be noted that a significant change that is put into place without a backup plan or fallback, is poor planning to begin with. 
   We want more ways to play with our whole roster, guild leaders want more ways to regulate who enters their guilds, a better way to recover lost accounts, a system for GAC that makes sense, the ability to play all the raids, a decrease in all the types of currencies, gear as rewards instead of only currency, and a bracket for the TWars that is fair for the higher guilds as it is for the lower guilds.
