Instead of berating community managers for all the things CG does wrong, perhaps we could focus on what’s been done right that we appreciate.
You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I am quite certain the community managers would much rather return to the developers with the positive engagements, give information about which direction to sail for calm waters, instead of just throw out a bunch of lighthouses to avoid a few craggily rocks.
So when you log in to live chat, remember that if you actually want change, tell the managers what you love about the game and any recent changes, not what grinds your gears
